Ok, so i have a '94 civic with a b16a that came from Japan out of an SirII. It had 168hp stock and with all the upgrades I did, it's now somewhere between 220 and 230hp. The first problem I have is that the release bearing is starting to go. I was thinking about getting a stage 2 exedy clutch kit with the light weight flywheel, but some of my friends say I should get the stage 3. I still want to do upgrades and eventually a turbo (which is a long time away). My friends aren't much help because they all disagree which one I should get. One of my friends says if I was getting a turbo soon then ya, a stage 3 would be good, but otherwise its overkill. So, I think I'm leaning toward the stage 2 but i'm still not sure. The other problem is that the synchros are starting to go, which is a classic honda problem. 3rd and 5th are crunching pretty nasty and I cringe everytime it happends. I have a friend who works for Honda and he says that it's cheaper to buy a new transmission than to rebuild mine. The question now is which one should I get? He says that I should get one from an Integra Xsi because it has the shortest gears and that it puts the RPMS right where you want them when shifting in VTech. Well, that sounds great to me, but my other friend says that it will eat gas when I'm driving in 5th because the RPMS will be higher when I'm cruising on the highway. This is my daily driver and I do a lot of highway driving. So, he says I should get and Integra LS transmission. He says that because the hp is higher I wouldn't even notice a difference in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd and I'll have higher top end speed because of the long 5th gear. I'm not really worried about how fast my car can go, I guess I would rather it be as quick as possible. He then said i could get the short race gears for 1st through 3rd or even 4th, and the integra LS 5th gear for when I'm driving on the highway. I didn't know if this is possible or if he's just talking out of his *** Also, it sounds like it would be expensive. I'm just not sure what to do. If anyone can help me or has any input on my situation I would greatly appriciate it. Thanks.

go with the exedy stage 2 even if you have the turbo, but if your going to be drag racing it, then i would go with the stage 3 because the heavy starts will kill the stage 2, also i would really stay away from a light flywheel on a turbo car, there is no need and the car will drive a ton better, try a light steel flywheel, not aluminum.
