I am proud to announce I will be starting a new project car. An eg cx with a k20a2 swap.  I'm bored at work and I just can't wait to do this. Expensive it will be, but I like the idea of being able to start a project car and still being able to pass emissions. I've read lots and lots on this, but I think I have just about everything down.
