I have a '92 Accord with a F22 engine and i was wondering if anyone knew if the H22 Head will bolt up to it?  

don't do that for the little bit of extra money you can do the whole swap. its a really basic job. As for the head lining up I am fairly sure but it is hard to tell. They both use 12x1.25 head bolts.
