PLZZZ help i need it badly, I have a 98 honda civic hatch and i have a 99h23a prelude vtec I need to know how to wire it together step by step (odb2a to odb2b)..and here's another part to this, I do not have the wire harness that came with the JDM motor because this guy I trusted he didnt do his job correctly and closed his shop so now i dont have no harness for the h23 motor but i have the civic harness but I need  another harness...can sombody am I able to use the harness from the american h22 vtec??

boomslang.com is my suggestion they make custom harness's it may cost a pretty dime or so but these guys are good if you dont want to fabricate your own harness good luck

sorry i havent logged on in a while, but if you answer this msg    that will be great is the harness h23 vtec or non ? i thank you for the most help you giving me

it was indeed wired for vtec.. alot of the 94-96 preludes had the vtec wiring incorporated in their harness even if the motor was non .. but sorry to inform you i sold that harness locally about a month ago.
