Does anyone know if i put a b16 vtech head with b18 pistons, would the valve reliefs have to be bigger for the vtech valves so they wont hit the pistons or just leave them stock or do i just need b16 pistons?

ok first things first, vtech is a phone company. you might be refering to vtec. you can use the b18b pistons if you grind out the releifs, your best bet is to go with the b16a pistons, they will hold up better and provide a better compression.
