Background Info: Bought and rebuilt a Z6 for my EF. Bought OBD conversion and engine harness from Rywire. Put it all in. Left for work before sunrise, turned on my headlights and the engine died. Tried again and it died again. So now it sits.

What I've done/tried: Got schematics from Honda for both engines and chassis, traced and tested everything for connectivity/continuity, including the harnesses. Everything checked good. Ran a wire from the positive to a toggle to the lights, bypassing all fuses and relays. Same thing.

Where I'm at: Leave it sit and drive it only during the daylight hours for recreation. As long as I don't turn on the headlights, I can't complain.

Don't get me wrong, I am not saying Rywire makes a bad product, I am extremely pleased with the harnesses, as the harnesses saved me the headache of wiring it myself, and everything else in the car works fine.

Anyone heard of or had this problem?  

hmm thats a toughy. i do all wiring myself or i have my friend do it. but i guess you can try to exchange it if rywire lets you do that.. im really stumped on this one.
