id go with all-motor..its more reliable..and you dont have to worry about turbo lag

eibach make some pretty sick springs.. get a bigger sway bar though that will make the biggest difference in your handleing..
For the all motor question, I would say build a bullet prrof motor but boost it with low psi, haveing the higer compression will give you those dreamy rpms, which will allow for some farly quick spool.. plus nothing compares to boost.

sleeve the bottom end high comp pistons port polish better cams crower makes some nice profiles.. also i just like that im not the only fan of all motor still left on this world..lol.. it costs more to go all motor for serious power but i think its worth it when you pass up a guy runnin turbo and he is left scratchin his head.lol

The age off all motor has risen in the 4 cylinder line I think. Everyone has turbos now, and they think its the only way to get power. GO N/A! I'm going Crower on my head, maybe throwing some pistons in the bottom end. I just cant give my car to a shop for too long, cuz I don't have another ride to work. But sleeving is definately a good choice.
