any help is appreciated...i just bought a 2000 prelude tiptronic/auto it has 45000 miles on it bought from the original owner ran car fax no accidents no problems car runs super clean but my only problem is everytime i turn on the car and put it on drive and pull off there is like 1-2 sec vibration thats coming from under the driver side dont know what it is any help is appreciated thanks  

I was in the same situation, bought a 99 auto-stick prelude with 46k miles, and that humming/vibration when you go more than 2mph.  while I couldnt find any definite answers on the internet but the conclusion I came to is that it's the abs pump, because the car makes the same noise and vibration anytime my wheels slip under braking.  I believe that its normal for the car to do it.  I hope that helps.
