Civic EK coupe H22 swap with a crazy problem need expert advise.

Finished the H22 swap. Engines runs but have to keep my foot on the throttle to keep it running. I notice the new chrome header pipe on #1 cylinder wasn't change color like the rest of the cylinder. Change spark plugs and wires. Still no change. Checked fuel injectors and found # 1 injector bad. Clean injector got it to start working. Started engine still no change. By the way there is NO codes. Drove car to a friends house and the following is a list of things we checked.
1)Checked wiring from injectors to ECU. Check good
2)Checked Wiring from distributor to ecu .Checked Good.
3)Checked internal timeing of cam shafts. Checked good.
4)Checked valves back lash. Checked good.
5)Compression check. Checked good.
6)Friend has a program where he can hook up his laptop in place the ECU.   Found the ECU to be good.

Now here come the crazy stuff. Start the engine rpm around 1200 Engine is running rough. We pull #1 spark plug wire engine stays running the same. reinstall #1 plug wire and pull #2 plug wire. The engine RPM decease. Installed #2 and pulled #3 plug the rpm decease agian. Installed #3 and pulled #4 plug wire and the rpm INCREASES.

Do we have any experts out there that can tell us what we are missing. PLEASE>

wow thats definatly odd you sure you got the plugs wired in the correct firing order??? i realy dont know since the compression test was good only other thing i could say is do a leak down test maybe
