I'm not exactly an Accord owner, but I have a first-gen Acura 2.3 CL 5 spd. I've heard from different sources that an H22A head will work on the SOHC F-series, but others say it won't. Also, can I use other Accord parts like coilovers and other things?

The h22 should work, but (as you might know) there is a lot more to a head job then just adding the head. You will need to consider many other factors... I would suggest getting a whole motor and transmission, the tranny has tighter gear ratios which can go a long way towards feeling faster then just more crank HP. Email me if you have anymore questions on this subjuct. k62cuby@hotmail.com As for the suspension; 94-97 accord suspension and brake parts fit your car.

As for suspension, I just spent $$ on KYB GR2 with Eibach Pro Kit Springs on my 96 Acc. They feel soft and it is due to the GR2. So If you want stiffer feel, try KYB AGX or Koni or Bilstein. I was dissappointed w/ GR2. Good ride height with the Eibach pro kit tho.
