only thing i can really say isi dont know how to get torque only..so id say get a good set of high comp pistons to thatll give ya power and some response.. you might also consider port polish head or valve jobs to give better flow to help with power and torque lemme really dig on the subject and ill post again with better info or suggestions for ya.. i dont wanna stear ya the wrong way

if you want to get good torque gaind from whut i found was a few sources said stroke it out a lil bit and do high comp pistons.. so that is pretty much what i was suggesting before so you could get a stroker kit with some high comp pistons the rods and pistons set will prolly run you round 800$.. now if you dont wanna drop that green then you can just try openin the whole thing up for better flow.. goos intake and full exhaust .. headers back setup! but thatll still run you around 500-800 for a good exhaust. then there is the head work option port polish job roughly 800 to get a good job done and valve agle jobs can be done fairly cheap also.. check out jgenginedynamics.com

wow thanks for all your input. see the thing is that i have a 1994 honda accord F22B1 V-Tec automatic and i would like to give it more torque for take off but do you know by any chance what kind of rods and pistons i should use. i dont know what my comprestion is but i still want to use it as a daily driver because i am giving this car to my 18yrs brother and he has always been part of my racing world. please if you can and have time can you give me some for info. i was thinking of adding a charger because i dont want to use turbo but if i dont have any other option i will use turbo.

if you can find a supercharger for that motor yea id go that route too.. i prefer constant power. as far as pistons and rods i would go to crower.com and check out their selections.. for your compression i probebly wouldnt go past 11 if you wanna supercharge..if you want all motor go 11:5.1 i like that ratio for all motor its still fairly easy on fuel economy

Yes, I would love to know how to get more powers and torques for my 1996 honda accord, and sadly my uphill speed is at 40mph.

Power...quick....plain and simple, Turbo. A turbo system will add more torque, and if you buy a bolt on kit, like one of the millions made for your car, the power should be quick and easy. Pay to get it installed and tuned by someone who knows how to, but keep the boost low. When you get more money, build your motor and up the boost. Three pounds of boost and a small turbo will give you close to instant power and will be safe for your engine's internals. Just my opinion...
