Have an 05 V6 Accord, want to increase power without overkill, specifically loud exhaust and extreme low gas milage. Any suggestions?

Well cold air intake and exhaust are fine and good, but the true way to increase power is a better engine and turbo. Also depending on what you are planning to do with your ride will depend on what kind of transmission you want to put in it. I recommend the H22A (Prelude) Motor. If you are racing or just for fun you will need to pick the trans best suited for your use. Then throw on a good turbo. and youre all set.

Appreciate the response but really do not want to go with replacing engines, still want the car for the highway and not the strip.

Okay then I would focus on the cold air intake and putting some good exhaust. You can go to a local mechanic or performance shop and have the exhaust put in and you might be able to put in the cold air intake your self.

woa woa woa swaping out a 6cyl for a 4 cyl would be dumb just dumb!! and if you have any mechanical skill at all you ought to be able to do the exhaust and intake without a mechanic.. other options would include look for a chip to modify your ecu for some extra power.
