Looking for a 4th gen with H23 non-vtec, and planning on boosting it. Is there any problems other then rusting out on the rear 1/4 panels and rockers? Also what mods should I do to the motor, or could I leave it stock?

you could leave it stock and run low boost but you really should upgrade the valve train and exhaust
