hey im new into this tunning thing, i just got me  a 1990 honda accord. as far as i can tell the guy before me tried to do as much as he could with it and i just want to continue on. its an automatic so i know i wont be able to get far with it speed wise but any inprovements can help. right now all it has is an interior, cold air intake. the guy before me switched out the shifting knob and as im told overwrote the overdrive. right now i have it in the shop cuz the gasket was worn out and water got into the motor but im getting that taken care of. so besides all this i was wondering what other things i can do to get my car up to speed. any help is appreciated thanks.

full exhaust to help it breathe better lower it a lil bit to add to handling abilities.. maybe later if you dont do a motor swap atleast consider swapping in a manual transmission

full exhaust would be complete kit from the headers all the way back.. dc sport headers are ok and as for a complete exhaust id go greddy itll run ya upwords of 5hundred or more but its quality. do a cold air intake kit, maybe run some 8.5mm sparkplug wires, with ngk sparkplugs, voltage stabilizer.. those are a few lil things you could do

you dont buy an accord for speed. if your trying to get respect or props out of it honestly i would probably not put in the effort.  just work and save up, get another car.  just cause its your first car, doesnt mean you should ruin your rep.
