car trouble need help ASAP please

i have a 92 civic HB i recently put a d16z6 in it running off a p28 ecu andyway since it has gotten cold here when my car would get up to 150 or 180 degrees F it would shut down ... this morning i was driving to work and it didnt do it when it got warmed up but when i was going down the interstate at 80 .. but then it started up for a sec and shut down again upon trying to restart it the engine would not rev up and was missing REALLY bad ... if anyone knows where i should start please let me know.. i know its probably an ignition thing but any help will be greatly app. thank you
