will a usdm ecu work on a jdm motor?? i have a 96 jdm prelude motor in my 97 accord and the ecu that came with the swap was for manuals (i left it auto). i've found a couple 96 usdm A/T ecu's but was wondering if it will actually work on the jdm motor?

no you cannot use the h23 si non vtec ecu on the h22 vtec you reaally need to find an auto ecu or convert you car to 5 spd
