I live in Hampton Roads Va. They are really getting on aftermarket exhausts that are too loud so which cat-back is better to install for low db level and good whp and tq gains for a 2000 prelude base vtec??? I also have a intake, header and high flow cat...

Check out the RSR ExMag or the Apexi World Sport catbacks. You can't do better than those.
