i havent bought anything from there yet but have yall had any problems with getting bad products from there?  

what are you looking to buy from Ebay? some parts are fine some parts are just cheap knock off parts that do not last like the real quality parts. Megan exhaust,header are junk i have had alot of people with the welds breaking and wearing holes from hitting pavement. Do remember most of the time if your getting a deal thats to good to be true then it is. Do your research before you buy something and always ask questions because people are here to help you out.    

body kits, carbon fiber, headlights, and taillights .. are these ok to buy from there? is it possible for me to pay them and not get what i saw on the page or not get anything at alll?  

check to see the company that the parts are made from, I would say anything VIS/Seibon are good for c/f if you get cheap c/f the gel coat starts to cloud up. Body kits i would stay away from, dont tell anybody this but back in the day maybe around 2000/2001 i bought a body kit from ebay. Well after getting done customizing it to fit because fitment is *** on fiberglass body kits i could have had a mugen lip and it would have been much cleaner. Headlights taillights iw ould suggest making sure they are from Honda if you get them because i have not seen an aftermarket light not take in condensation. If you thinking about buying something on there just do the research first

Rims are fine, you can get just about anything from mugen to rotas on ebay. idk about a bodykit i would look into some JDM headlights and maybe a JDM bb4 front lip
