well are u sure that the motor is a zc because i am currently in the possesion of a true jdm d16a1 zc motor which is a dohc d series and there is not much different between the single and dual cam style simply put....... the zc dohc has the flexable mounting of a d series with the performance of a dohc so the swap is easy into any honda seeing that pre 2000 civics all had d series the only thing you need to do is get the rear mount out of the 86 to 89 integra ls simple as that everything else will plug right in jus you cant use the distributor off any d series you have to get the one for the integra and other than that everything else d series will bolt right up trannys headers turbo manifolds etc. peace up

my first crx was a 91 si with a zc (due to me blowing up the little d15) anyway. you can run about 8psi without any problems. after that you need to reinforce the block. the head will do fine untill around 12-15 psi. their are all kinds of kits you can buy i went with revhard becuse it came with everything in the kit. you will still have to make some of it work also need to invest in a fuel rail, injectors, fuel psi regulator, fuel pump, and a ecu ( hondata s300) the total kit with everything will run you about 3500 to 4500 depends on the turbo and the manifold you go with. I bought the cheapest kit and opted for no upgrades, becuse of the total expense. then i upgraded my manifold and then my turbo to a ball bearing.

my first zc single cam (is yours a single or dual?) gave out at 10psi on a stock internals. and the best controler that i have found is the AEM you can have a selector swith to go through your maps. you can get them through kingmotorsports.com also ask the person that you are going to have tune it, he may like a better set up. good luck.
