90 integra fuel pump issue

I have an 1990 integra. i am in the process of installing a 01 gsr motor. everything is basically done. when i go to turn it on though the fuel pump doesnt seem to start working. anyone know what the issue could be?

hey man i have the same problem with my 91 integra , i put a new fuel pump and all the wires from another car and was the same but when i replace the main relay for the fuel pump my car starts.try it and maybe this solve the problem.
