my 99 Prelude already has rims, tires, body kit, spoiler, headers, exhaust, cold-air intake, performance springs and a sweet pearl wht paint job. It's fast but not fast enough...If I had $15000 to spend, what should I spend it on???

I would build your block and boost it

You could get a Intake manifold, larger throttle body, Cam shafts, valve springs, cam gear, forged internals, a valve job done, and high compression pistons. Or build up the block and boost it.

omg $15000 you should buy a spoon motor, lol jk... no really every body else already gave good info, just remember that h22s have carbon sleeves, so have forged internals you have to ethier resleeve it iron sleeves or get mahle coated pistons, regular forged pistons will jam in a h22 when they get over operating temps. which will diffently happen if you boost it.

build up the internals beef up your fuel system and get a stand alone fuel manment system get and get a turbo and some cam gears and chip out the ecu and you might have some money left over

it depends what you would do with 15k.What u like to do. if i were in your shoes, i would invest in some sway bars ST has some good quality one, maybe some Kyb Agx shocks, or even 32 way coil overs, Then maybe some bolt ons intake manifold bigger injecters etc, but the h series are not great 4 boost.
Build It Dont Buy It

consider getting a lightweight flywheel and a short shifter.
