Nice thing about the b16's is they are pretty much a drop in for your car. Make sure when you do it to get good mounts. I would suggest hasport. Now for stuff you need well its kind of a long list. You are going to need the ecu, shift linkage, wiring harness, tranny( usually now you can get a b16 with a tranny), you'll also need all the sensors that go along with the motor, also stuff tat is normally on a motor and usally comes with the motor like intake manifold, exhaust manifold, distributor, fuel-rail, injectors, clutch, flywheel, alot of this stuff should come with a motor. a good place to look is hmotorsonline.com they sell motors with alot of the stuff you need. I'm sure if i missed stuff people will fill in the gaps.

Good info but let me get a little more direct for you. The wire harness that comes on the JDM motor will be useless for you because the wire harness runs on the other side of the car since it is RHD. You can switch everything over from your wire harness to the new one and it will work fine. You will need to go to a keep to clip a couple wires from the B16 harness.

VTEC Oil Pressure Sensor Blue D6
VTEC Ground Black chassis ground Knock Sensor Red/Blue D3

You will also need to have the B16 shift linkage, if i remember the originals are to long. When you get the motor make sure you have the half shaft because unlike the d16 on the passenger side it used one long axel where the b16 uses a half shaft with a shorter axel. Also after putting the engine in i would drain tranny oil, engine oil, and put in new spark plugs and wires.
