Distibutor is advanced all the way and timing is only at 14 degrees. Should be at 16 degrees before top dead center. All timing marks line up at the cam gear and crank pulley. Need help getting it to 16 degrees before top dead center. Also I just replaced the tensioner and the belt is tight. thanks for all the help.....
