I HAVE A 96 CIVIC W/ A B18B OBD2 P75 ECU. MY LIGHTS GET DIM AND THEN GET BRIGHTER BUT NOT LIKE FAST FLASHING I CHANGED MY BATT. AND ALT. I'VE CHECKED ALL MY GROUNDS IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN DO TO FIX THIS PROBLEM I HAVE NO CEL PLEASE HELP!!!!

check wat voltage ur getting at the bulbs when normal and when dim,do volt drop test on the battery to the chassis,check all ur thick earths on the engine and box for corostion,only other thing is ur alt voltage regulater,is ur revs droping when it goes dim?
