Right now Hassport has made the K series swap for the 90-97 honda accord. Your main issue is going to be the wiring from the ecu to the motor and other items. For any questions in regards to swaps you can do an H series with ease, K series is in the works, and the F22B(JDM) need some wire modification. If you want performance go to www.Bisimoto.com. Also just boost your motor. A 1 gen DSM setup fits perfectly and you won't need any internals. All you need is colder running spark plugs thats all.

The K would be nice but not really cost effetive if you're looking to mod that out after buying one.  You could easily boost your motor for the same amount of money if not cheaper.  For that matter you could get an H or F series engine and tranny cheaper as well with some nice cash left over for modding or the cost of the labor involved if you're not going to do the job yourself.
I'm personally not aware of a single 4th or 5th gen Accord with a S/C; at least the Jackson Racing Kit.  That particular kit was designed for the Prelude.  The problem lies in Firewall clearance in a 5th gen, I would assume your 4th would be no differnt.
