h22a trouble

Hey i have a 93 civic hatch with a jdm h22a i think its a type s pretty sure it is... well here is my problem i took the car to a drag racing event and well my best run was a 15.7 yes it was a little hot out but it doesnt kill my times that much i should be runing 13s i dont kno why i was running such high times... i am replacing my throttle body this week cause the tps is broken so i am replacing it and also going to straight pipe it... do you guys have any ideas its pretty much stock its got short ram and 2" piping thats about it stock headers... i think its either the o2 sensor or even the ecu isnt tuned or somehting but u guys r the experts not me so i need your help and btw that was my first run with that car not to happy about that... and also there is different rev limit points for different gears is that normal?

yea i think that could be part of it tho i think the timing might be a little off but the engine should be alot faster than it is im not sure im trying to find out what type of h22a it is.. the guy who sold it to me said it was a type s but i have no idea the only way they say u can tell is the valve cover and my valve cover has no colour
