I want to start tweaking my accord.  My desire is to get better gas mileage and more power. It is stock as of now with a 4 cylinder engine.  How do I go about this task without spending an arm and a leg?  

What about a hydrogen (hho) generator? when used in conjunction w gasoline-more power is gotten out of the combustion process. I have a 2001 civic ex, and recently got 55% or better(54.1)mpg on a trip fm vegas to phoenix ,even w/ ac on!  

What website did you get the hydrogen generator from?  I want to know because there are so many out there.  

I have seen some website called run your car with water.  do anyone you out there have this hydrogen generator in your car?
