b18a full rebuild

I am completly building a b18a from block up. Can anyone give me a pointer or some specs for what i should use. So far I think i am going to blueprint the block,use vtec heads,30mm over bore because i want a turbo, 9:1 comp,eagle concave pistons,eagle rods all 2 piece forged, forged sleeves, crank?,just wonted to know if this was going to be a good combo? Also would it be better to start with a different block?I am looking for about 500 horse and dependable somewhat.please helppp.
