GSR or ITR/B20 turbo

hey i have a b20b block build for turbo but i'm wondering if i should go with a GSR or an ITR head... any info on these heads would really help also whats the difference between gsr,ls, and itr and how do you tell the diference.... the best way to contact me is e-mail at cheezy000@aol.com

I have read that the gsr head and the b16 head are good options to go with. Just remember you are going to have to tune the car with a vtec computer. I hope that helps some.
