k20 to 89 prelude or not

My cousion has this 89 prelude that he wants to get rid of. Its an auto tans. I would like to put a k20 and 5 spd tans in it and maybe a turbo kit, how much money and how long would it take for a shop to do it?

Never mind i recently found out that its got a b20a. Its the SI model...but where do i find some performance parts for it...i have already look at someplaces like PASSWORD JDM and some other stuff...
