Ok, I'm done trying to fix up my D series engine. I think its time to save up for a engine swap. I know i have many options but im wondering what you all would recommend. I have good mechanical skills so i can probably handle most any swap regardless of difficulty. My question is should i go with a B, H, or K series swaps. What are the advantages do each of these engines provide as well as there disadvantages. I want the best bang for the buck. i dont have a *** load of money to spend on this car but i dont mind paying extra if its worth it.
I don't necessarily want a 1/4 mile car but i want something fast in strait lines but im more into handeling and cornering.thanks

Many will disagree but I say go with a B20 engine. Its the best bang for your buck most definitely. I did it to my car and it is way faster already and I haven't done too much to it. If you wanna see my swap go to myspace.com/jamesicles79...it may not let you see it unless you ask me to be a friend, but it would be worth seeing. I am just getting started with it!

i like the h22, its fast in a straight line, but most people *** about understeer but i dont even notice it k series i would say stay away from that to expensive and not much faster than the h22

yeah the h22 is pretty fast too but requires a little more money invested into the swap. Like I said it is all about how much time and money you want to spend. You decide and let me know what happens
