hey I have a type r and a want to do turbo what I shuld do to the stock motor before I do it turbo I have to change the piston what what what what please someone

pistons sleeves, valve springs, go for a new cam shaft, rockers, I think that that is it peace

not rockers, but new retainers and new rods

It all depends on how much boost you are planning to run. Lots of people boost 6 to 9 lbs on stock internals, but the thing that must be stressed is TUNING.
Finding a competant tuner is going to be probably the hardest part for you. Once you find a tuner you should talk to him and decide on the setup you want since once you start upgrading internals, you have to make sure parts can work with each other and your compression ratio will satisfy your plans.
Good luck, I just dont want to see a b18c5 go out in a blazing smoke from not tuning

i would recommend changing all stock inside block and head. i have a question, will my jdmb16 vtec head bolt to b18c1 type r block and run good.

Yes the b16 head will work on any B series block. Just make sure its the right OBD #.
