putting a h22 head on a h23.... help please

i have a 1993 prelude si (h23) i have heard that the h22 head would go great on the h23... is that true?? n my other question is taht is this head swap easy to do n would it work the right way? what would i need to do this swap. im pretty sure i have to keep the same ecu n everything n just switch the heads right?
