im doing a ls/vtec project and im wondering wat vtec head should i use that will give me power but not kill my bank account at the same time??

any suggestions???

also if i wanna turbo it wats best for internals on the ls block??

I dont know man its kinda of a toss up. I work at a honda performance shop and everyone there loves the b16 head for the ls/vtec application

The B16 head is a great head, but lowers compression compared to the GSR head. If you're going naturally aspirated, go with the GSR head; if you're going turbo then use the B16 head. Also, if you decide to turbo, JealousIntentionHR gave you a good list. The only item I'd add is a block guard.
