Help my 1992 EX won't start

So I changed my thermostat last week and when i tried to fire it up it wouldnt start, so i jump started it. The motor was running horrible as if there was a misfire. I pop open the hood and pull out my plugs and i found motor oil in the two middle cylinders. can someone tell me what the problem is and how to fix it?
