Hey i really need your help guys.
I have a fully built b18a1 h-beam eagle rods forged pistons 12:1 compression around 500 miles on the rebuild but now its emitting blue smoke.
And I don't know what did i did wrong.

Some guys told me that rings haven't seal right or its just the valve seals on the head...

Blue smoke = oil. The guy you talked to gave you some pretty good information. There are a lot of seals that keep oil from entering the combustion chamber and one of them has failed. You'll have to go through it. Taking the car to a dealership and having them run a leak-down test may help pinpoint the problem.
