What is your goal? The most horsepower possible to go really fast in a straight line? Or do you want to be smart about it, taking the car to a performance-tuned peak that still handles well? If you're just after horsepower strengthen the internals and boost it. It'll cost you less than building a Naturally aspirated motor with similar horsepower. But if you want a real performance car you need to plan, plan, and plan some more.
