ok it seems that there's some experts in this site so i want to see who in this forum that can find the answer for this no start problem. Don't worry i will give you all some clues.

I wanted to do an Overhaul on my Honda Accord 1991 EXi 2.0.After i've removed the battery ,wiring harness, sensors connectors and other components,I then remove the whole engine.

After i did all the essential task of a typical overhaul i then

1)Sprayed my gearbox,engine mountings,aircon,alternator,powersteering mounting with paint.

2)cleaned my distributor cap and found that there's little oil in it.

After reassembling everything including the engine back to the car,I tried to crank the engine and found

3)the MIL or Check engine light didn't light up for 2 sec.

4)the starter motor is working normally.

5)distributor produces no spark.

6)fuel pump not working.
7)out of the 4 doors, the light at the driver's door not working.

a)I then removed the main relay under the driver's side.
b)Jump the BLK/YEL and YEL terminal on the connector.
c)turn on the ignition switch and found the fuel pump running without the .  MILlight on
d)tested the relay and the relay was good.
e)Checked fuse 1(10A) And 2(15A) And every fuse is good.
f)Checked the wiring harness underhood and there's voltage on the connectors.
G)checked the ground,ground was good.

so anyone that can give me the right answer is a true honda master that is worthy of being a member at hondatuningmagazine.com
