Pretty sure the NSX motor will not fit in the CRX.

Damm sure it won't fit, not even have to think about it to know it. Better dream of a Midengine H22 del sol or integra, it's been done and works if you want to waste all the money that takes to do so.

The H22 head will bolt on to f22 block. No need to replace your ECU, just buy a vtech activator or APEX vtech controller to control vtech and gas and air mix. On the other side if you buy a vtech ECU you have to throw vtech cables from the vtech solenoid, pressure switch and knock sensor if your block has one to the new ECU. F22 is the same as H22 block in the outside, I'm just not sure if the water pump or its pulley is.If not you may swap the pulleys taking them to a machine shop to be press out and press in one for the other to the f22 water pump.
