I'm trying to decide which car I want, it will be my first car. I definitely want a coupe, and I've been debating between these two. I've wanted an Acura rsx for a long time, but they're a little out of my price range. I also like the prelude and thought they would be cheaper, but all the one's I've seen are around the same price as the rsx. I'm a girl, so I would like the car to be a little girly. Which car do you guys think is better?

Well, a 97-up prelude is bigger and more comfortable in the inside, even thought it is a beautiful sports looking car. The RSX is a less comfortable car and you know there is no question about its head spinning look. The prelude runs good but its a heavier car when taking about racing needs. RSX has the new engine technology that honda will be using for years to come that makes it at the same time expensive when it comes to maintenance or repairs.

The first RSX came out on 2002. The last prelude generation came out on 1997 and lasted until 2001. I,ve seen 2001 preludes for 7,000. That,s cheaper than almost any RSX you,ll see around. So a 97,98 can be found for less depending of its looks. You don,t have to worry now for resale value a lot because RSXs' units had been discontinued this year too. So there,s no 2010 new RSX coming to a dealer near you.
