Your short block is different from F22s and h22s.

You have an 86mm cilinder bore same as  Acuras' RSX. Turbo pistons for RSX will fit your rods the same way. As for the rods, I haven't seen forged ones, but maybe you can find something on Crower or Eagle or I-Beam websites. I know this because the new N/A Frankie is called G23 consisting of f23 block, crank and rods with RSX high comp. pistons and H22 head. You can go this way too. With proper tuning it has done 248 Wheel horse power naturally aspirated with cams, intake and sprokets. That's without upgraiding it to h22s  size that is 87mm on stock h22s short blocks. It can be done because the f23 cilinders are made from steel not like the H22s FRM sleeves that are a problem when taking about honing. Anyway, H22 or F22 rods and crankshaft won't work on your block cause yours is completly different to the others even dough it is an f series engine. You can interchange parts between h22 and f22 but not with yours, only the heads and then got to learn some modification needed to do it.

I once entered a site i think it was like F22 performance on something like that, there they had oil coolers, custom made cams sandwich plates, high pressure custom oil pumps with feeding lines coming out of them to not use the crankcase when to feed the turbo with oil,etc

No way your pushing 250 with low comp. pistons suitable for turbo without or before going turbo, I bet not even with nitrous without blowing the engine on a second run.

But Bisimoto has done it with N/A F22's non vtech pushing 450whp but you have to have to ask him them. Just kidding but you can find in this site info about him in the search and its true, he's gone with f22 N/A 450whp but only him knows the secret.
