Im working on building a 93 civic and cant decide if i want a ls vtec or a b16. What would be the best and would put out more wheel hp?

More wheel hp depends more on what you do to those motors than the motors themselves. Are you going turbo? Are you wanting to build a monster naturally aspirated motor? Or do you just want something to drop in and go?

best best either b16 or gsr i say gsr cause if you wanna go all motor there quick and one of the best honda motors to boost problem with ls vtec motors the price it is to put together you could go with somethin that'll give you more jam for cheaper
