The problem is i cant decide if i should go with vtec again, or just put a non vtec cam and run with out the vtec??? somebody HELP please!!! what are the advantages of running vtec cam and a non vtec cam on a high boost turbo application?, and what is the disadvantages?

Imop I would just run non v tec since your already turbo and set up for low compression.althou you can run vtec but you would need some type of engine management.if you run turbo and vtec you can have your turbo kick in at a certain rpm then vtec after.with out engine management you might have problems. I know you running a d16 but have you looked into ls turbo they have really good set ups as well.

Vtec is good for the high end at the expense of the low end. I think you have more low end torque with non-vtec and the turbo should take care of the high end. This assumes you will use in city traffic and not solely on strip.
