I recently did an engine swap - ODB-1 B16A motor into a 98 Honda Civic Hatchback.  I have been having intermittent misfires and voltage bounces with the misfires.  I have replaced wires, plugs, the alternator, cap and rotor and have had the distributor checked.  There is no noticeable problem when driving, the voltage trouble occurs during idle. RPM's will drop in stop and go traffic. Please help!
