reusing the h22 harness in civic swap?

i crashed my prelude and now have a 99 civic coupe. im doing the h22 swap and was wondering it it was possible to use the full h22 harness when doing this. i have both cabin and engine harness for the h22 along with the ECU.
is this at all possible, most of the info im fonding is for moding the civic harness
