car will sometimes idle, but not good mostly around 200 to 300 rpms with the idle screw all the way out, with the idle screw turned in it will not idle at all. i have checked most to all of the sensors, but nothing seems to help. very rich, please help as much as you can.
it spits and sputters until high rpms, if i hold it higher in the rpms for a while then let it idle, it seems to idle at 2000 rpms, thats where it should with the idle screw turned out. but after like 20 seconds it drops to 300 rpms and a rough idle.

hhhmm...did you do valve adjustment?
what about timing?
maybe also fuel filter(have no idea why saying this one).
maybe your car needs a engine cleaning,lol.(fuel injector cleaner, sea foam the car)

finally figured it out, the cam gears i got were cheap and didnt line up right, so it was never on time.
