Ive posted many problems on here, and this is by far the worst one ive encountered. i fixed this problem before, by reconnecting the vtec plugs. but now thats doesnt seem to work.

Are there any other things that could be causing my 1991 civic sohc d16z6 obd1 conversion not to rev out? i miss my vtec

please any ideas or comments?
