I have a 99 civic si with about 120000 miles.
my question is do you guys think it would be worth for me to spend the money to do some upgrades to my car.  I dont want to invest in it if the engine is not going to last me much longer.  Also I'm new at this mods stuff dont know much about it but have a friend that helps me out

I have already installed a aem cold air intake, aluminum flywheel and my car is lowered.

hope to hear from a few people
thanks

your motor has lots of life left in it. my next step if i was you would be to install a high flow STAINLESS STEEL exhaust system and headers. this will let your motor breathe better and up the horsepower. there are so many things you could do, it just depends on where you wanna go with it. if you wanna stay fairly stock then i would just throw the exhaust, a lite flywheel/clutch kit, and a upgraded ECU from hondata with a performance chip in your car. this would be easy on you motor and your checkbook, yet give you the extra get up and go you want. good luck!
