How's it going everyone..... Well i've had my civic for a while now, but have not been able to figure out how to build on my stock D16 motor.. If anyone has any ideas on what i can do that would very helpful.... So far i've thought about eventually dropping a turbo on the engine.... But i'm not sure how to build it! So far all i have is AEM intake of course and just dorpped 17' Forza's on and lowered it. So this is a project i'm just starting.......

Well I am in a similar dilemma. I'm either swapping my d16 for a b16 or turboing it. What I know so far, is you need a p28 ECU (at least the z6 needs that one), you need to get it chipped, get forged pistons and connecting rods, some kinda race fuel filter, injectors, stage 3 clutch, a 2 or 3 bar MAP sensor, and a fuel pressure regulator. then you need the full turbo kit. I'm in the process of learning the process myself so I will keep you updated.

I got almost the same situation question: do you really want to keep your d16? many told me to change the engine my car got 127hp and it's almost impossible to boost it without a supercharge or a turbo up up to 200hp you do it with a turbo you can kill your engine after 220hp it's a little dangerous and forged the piston and everything is pretty expensive swap the engine cost less and you got more power trick go on ebay and watch for your engine part exemple: search for a d16y8 (my car got that) parts you gonna find new camshaft, cam gear, polley, wire head, head cover, piston, spring valve, valve everything just be sure you have the good engine code good luck and enjoy your tuning
