I have a 1988 CRX HF with the above conversion. (By the way - I highly recommend it).
The sensor is located in housing on distributor end of exhaust cam.  I'm apparently getting intermittent failures. Probably heat-related issue. It causes my fuel injection to hesitate badly since signal is utilized for FI system.

Does anyone know what part number could be or a cross-reference?

It is bascially a Honda/Acura 1.6L but all the books have SOHC only. This engine came from Japan the JDM route.

The unit looks similar to the unit on the Acura Legend.  However, not sure if same sensor is used.

Also, there are the numbers "8.  9.  30" on sensor.

Any enlightenment would be appreciated.
